Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to permanently delete your Floop account and all associated data, please follow one of the methods below.
1Delete from the App
Open Floop → Go to Profile → Scroll down → Tap Delete Account.
You will be asked to confirm twice. Once confirmed, your account and all data (tasks, goals, expenses, notes, habits, credits) will be permanently erased from our servers.
2Request via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to:
Please send the email from the same address you used to sign in to Floop. We will process your request within 3 business days and send you a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
What gets deleted?
- Your profile information (name, email, avatar)
- All tasks and to-dos
- All goals and progress entries
- All expense and income records
- All notes
- All habits and habit logs
- AI credit history
- Referral data
- All active login sessions
⚠️ This action is irreversible
Once your account is deleted, all data is permanently erased from our servers. This cannot be undone. If you sign in again, a new empty account will be created.
