Terms and Conditions

1. Who Can Use Floop

You must be at least 13 years old to use Floop. If you're between 13 and 18, your parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your Account

Floop uses Google Sign-In for authentication. Oxinius does not store your Google password.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account secure
• All activity that happens under your account
• Notifying Oxinius at oxinius37@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access

You may only have one account. Creating multiple accounts to get around credit limits is not allowed and may result in all your accounts being terminated.

3. What Floop Does

Floop is an all-in-one productivity app. Here's what it currently includes:

The AI in Floop is a productivity tool. It is not a financial advisor, doctor, lawyer, or mental health professional. Don't rely on AI responses for professional decisions.

You must not use the AI to:

• Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Try to reverse-engineer or probe the underlying AI model
• Submit other people's private information without their consent
• Attempt to bypass or manipulate AI safety measures

AI responses can sometimes be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing anything the AI generates before acting on it.

7. What You Cannot Do

When using Floop, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the app's source code
• Use Floop for any unlawful purpose
• Transmit malware or malicious code
• Interfere with Floop's servers or infrastructure
• Scrape or collect other users' data
• Use bots or automated scripts to interact with the app
• Impersonate anyone else

Violating any of the above may result in your account being suspended or permanently terminated without notice.

8. Your Data & Offline Sync

Floop is offline-first. Your data is stored locally on your device (via WatermelonDB) and synced to Oxinius servers when you're online.

Oxinius takes reasonable steps to protect your data, but is not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, app deletion, or sync issues outside Oxinius's control.

9. Intellectual Property

Floop, including its design, code, and branding, belongs to Oxinius.

You retain ownership of everything you create in Floop (notes, expenses, tasks, goals). By using Floop, you give Oxinius permission to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

10. Account Deletion

You can delete your account anytime from the app settings. When you do:

• All your personal data is permanently deleted from Oxinius servers within 30 days
• Any unused credits are forfeited
• If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it via Google Play as well

Oxinius may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

11. Disclaimer

Floop is provided as-is. Oxinius does not guarantee the app will be error-free or always available.

Oxinius is not responsible for:

• Financial decisions made using the Expense Tracker or AI
• Data loss from device or network issues
• Any indirect or consequential damages from using Floop

Oxinius's total liability to you will not exceed the amount you've paid in the 3 months before any claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

Oxinius may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, you'll be notified via the app or email at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of Floop after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
